He was predeceased by: his stepmother Nellie George; his half-brother Frank O. Byrd; his son-in-law James Kirshner; his granddaughter Meghan Weaver; his son Jerry Stone; and his siblings-in-law, John Manack, Michael Zolock, James Matson, Rose Manack and Helen Zolock.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Manack Weaver; his children, Sherry Whitfield (Stanley) of Georgia and William Weaver Jr.; his wife Sherrie of Texas; his brothers-in-law, Loretta Manack, Joanne Manack and Catherine Matson; and also, Rosemary Koliscak (Bernie) of Rostraver Twp, Margaret Ann Kelly (Jim) of Florida, Richard Weaver (Kathy) of Greensburg and Trudy Wegman (Dennis) of Arizona. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; sisters in law.
