She is survived by : her parents, John Zwyghuizen and Helene Zwyghuizen (Bosch); her husband Bradley Long; her siblings, Ardith Doorenbos (Keith), Jayne French (Michael) and Edward Zwyghuizen (Melanie); and her brother-in-law Eric Long (Michelle). She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local library in Heidi's name.
