He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Nellis and Clara Nellis (Sapp). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Martin Nellis; his daughters, Susan Jackson of Bellefonte, Beth Shutika of Bellefonte and Amy Nellis (David Litke) of Bellefonte; his grandchildren, Lauren Fisher (Paul Fisher) of Howard and Ethan Shutika (Jessica Shutika) of Yeagertown; and his great grandchild Waylon Fisher.
