She was predeceased by : her parents, John Baroffio and Elizabeth Baroffio; and her siblings, Robert Baroffio (Julie) and Adelaide McCaffrey. She is survived by : her sister Theresa Eichhorn; her son Conrad E. Slanina, Jr. (Nancy Keeney); her grandchildren, Kelsey Esaias (Dave) and Hannah Clegg (Adam); her great grandchildren, Elliette and Emmett Clegg; her daughter Roberta S. O'Brien (Craig Bradford); and her grandchild Lauren Bradford.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (154 Orchard Ave, Emsworth, PA 15202).
