She was predeceased by: her husband William Ross Ruggie; and her son Gregory Ross Ruggie. She is survived by: her children, William Todd Ruggie and Suzanne E. Ruggie; her daughter-in-law Robin Ruggie; and her grandchildren, Matthew (Dawn), Jenna (Andre), Kyle and Lauren (Angel). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
