He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Simon, Sr. and Josephine E. Lau Simon; and his son Thomas Simon. He is survived by: his daughters, Marilyn Campo of Strattanville and Jo Ann Simon of Bensalem. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
