We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2019, at the age of 61, Christine Kowalczuk (Bensalem, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Stanley Kowalczuk; her daughters, Michelle McKeon (Kevin) and Kasia Swavely (Andrew); and her grandchildren, Addison, Declan, Camryn and Josephine.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Chandler Hall Hospice, 99 Barclay St. Newtown, PA 18940.
