He is survived by: his significant other Weimaraner; his parents, Thomas B. Sr. and Maryann Tabor Fenerty; his siblings, Lisa Byrne (Michael) and Thomas, III; and his siblings' children, Kaley IV of Isabella and Tommy IV.

In lieu of flowers donations in Dan's name made be made to the Ronald McDonald House at St. Christopher's Hospital, 160 E. Erie Avenue at Front Street Philadelphia, PA 19134 which held a special place in Danny's heart.
