She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Jacobsen. She is survived by: her children, Robert Jacobsen (Lisa) and Linda Motyka (Stewart); her brother Jack O'Donnell (Euince); her grandchildren, Austin, Justine (Christian Weckerly), Christopher and Noel (James); and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Sean and Ensley.
