Cook (Bensalem, Pennsylvania), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 5, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Warner Cook, Sr.; and her children, Damaris and David. She is survived by: her parents, Damaris Metsker Sturdevant and Preston J. Sturdevant. She is also survived by two sons and their wives.
