He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Tingle (Mark) and Edward J. Quinn; his daughter Emily Ann Quinn; his siblings, Jennifer Williams (Brian), Alishia O'Hare (Brian) and Edward J. Quinn; and his siblings' children, Bree, Brody, Mckenzie, Cooper and Uncles.
