He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine O'Donnell Morley and John Patrick Morley, Sr.; his son Jonathan Michael Morley; and his siblings, James Morley, Kathleen and Eileen Morley.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Fox Morley; his daughters, Laura Morley of Whitehall and Melissa Morley; his son-in-law Kevin Wilson; his siblings, Dr. Thomas Morley (Dottie), Mary Vuono (Vince) and Theresa Morley; and his sister-in-law Barbara Morley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and his large extended family.
