He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Welch and Dorothy Welch of Landover; and his nephew Steve Alan Burdette of Frederick, Maryland.. He is survived by: his sister Pamela Duffy (Timothy) of Middletown, Maryland.; his uncle Charles Stowell (Bessie) of Warsaw; and his aunt Sharon Stowell of Montross, VA. He is also survived by many cousin and wonderful friends.
