With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marcella Ruth (Smith) Kownurko (Bensalem, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard I. Kownurko; her son Kirk Kownurko; and her parents, Albert E. Smith and Ruth Goebel Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Nicholas (Virginia) of Newtown, William (Laura Raybourn) of West Chester and Robert Kownurko (Lisa) of North Wales; her daughter-in-law Karen Kownurko; and her brother Robert Smith. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Northampton Presbyterian Church, 539 Buck Road Holland, PA 18966.
