He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hugo Midgley and Mae Schaefer Midgley; his spouse Alvera Green; his children, Marcia Dechan (Tom) of Media, James Midgley of Marlton, John Midgley (Kathryn) of Royersford and Joyce Midgley; his grandfather Kacie Lynn; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Isabella, Leo, Jack, Josiah, Eliana, Ben and Dominic; and also, Becky, Justin, Andrew, Nathan and David.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Legacy Foundation (on the memo put Southampton Estates in remembrance of Maurice Midgley) 238 Street Road Southampton, PA 18966.
