He was predeceased by: his spouse Carmella. He is survived by: his children, Carole Carr (Brian) and Nicholas, Jr. (Connie); and his grandchildren, Danielle Nicole, Nicholas, III, Brian and Alexa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
