It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Larkin (Bensalem, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 7, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse William J.; her parent Catherine; and her siblings, Kathleen Perazzo and Louis Perazzo Jr. (Dee). She is survived by: her children, Richard (Shea), Jason Larkin (Vicki) and Pam Ortiz; her grandchildren, Danielle (Shannon), Amanda, Marc, Shawna, Jason, Hunter, Dimitri and Kalen; her great grandchildren, Michael, Melissa and Gianna; and her brothers, Anthony, Michael, Robert Perazzo (Jackie) and Sissy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews; and extended family.
