She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Snead; her parents, John Thompson and Anne Thompson; and her sisters, Anne Dzikowski and Rita McCabe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Pelensky, Terri Snead and Debbie Rosenfelt (Bob Harmon); her grandchildren, Kristin Crosbee (Kyle Hughes), Joey Pelensky, Walt Pelensky, Emily Pelensky, Billy Snead, Christopher Rosenfelt, Kathryn Pelensky and Jacob Rosenfelt; her great grandchildren, Skyler, Noah and Gracie; and her siblings, Jack Thompson (late Mary) and Betty Long (Roy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in Patricia's memory may be made to Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania.
