He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorman Howell and Mary; his wife Deborah; his children, Melissa Ann, Stephen (Kesley), Matthew, Robert and Luke; his mother-in-law Helen Palermo; his siblings, Keith and Mary; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond and Margaret.
