He was predeceased by: his father Rex Pierce. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Thornbury (Stump); his siblings, Kevin, Deb Pierce of Kettering, Treg, Carrie Pierce of Celina, Melissa and Terry Applegate of Laura; his friends, Joe and Brenda Art of Rockford; and his stepsiblings, Dale and Shelly. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
