She is survived by: her spouse Henry J.; her children, Viola "GiGi" Rue, Henry J. Welsh Jr. (Jeanie), Patrick F. Welsh (Dawn) and Michael J. Welsh (Stephanie); and her goddaughter Patsy Miller. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
