She is survived by : her sons, Robert (Kelli Swan), Kenneth (Aubrey Swan) and Christopher Swan (Kelly Haley) of Charleroi; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Jordan Swan, Brendan Alexander Swan, Layla Aubrey Swan, Jaxson Levi Swan, Wyatt Elijah Swan, Sawyer Isaac Swan, Eva Lorai Kern, Rylee Izabella Swan and Charleigh Harper Swan; and her siblings, Donnie Perkins, Diane Galtfelter Graft of Bentleyville and Susan Glatfelter Hartley of Richeyville.
