It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doug Dziak of Bentleyville, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Virginia M. Dulick Dziak of Bentleyville and William M. Dziak; his children, Cami (Michael Barskite) of Bentleyville, Heidi of Bentleyville, Luke of Bentleyville and James William Dziak of Bentleyville; his uncle James P. Dziak of Ellsworth; and his grandparents, John, Mary Fereza Dziak, Andrew and Anna Dulick. He was also cherished by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Facial coverings and social distancing are required in the church.
