Though Mary Ellen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary Ellen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard G. Powell and Cecelia Wilkes Powell; and her brother Richard "Ricky" Powell. She is survived by: her children, Valerie Powell (Doug) of Monongahela, PA, Damien Powell of Uniontown, PA, Casey Powell (Devon) of Charleroi, PA, Jerrid Powell Sr. of Charleroi, Zachary Dobrinski of VanVoorhis, PA and Ellen Hough (Christopher) of VanVoorhis. She is also survived by Many other grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
