It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Smith Dykins of Bentleyville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 18, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth E. Smith; and her grandparents, Anthony, Anna Jurik, Mary J. Hoagland and Earl Stevens.
She is survived by: her son Derek Dykins (Sierra); her granddaughters, Addison and Hayden; her mother Louise Jurik Smith; and her siblings, Sandy, Kim Smith and Gary Smith (Jerry Dykins).
