He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Jacob and Laura Hoyer (Wayne); and his siblings, Wayne Hoyer and Shirley Luckenbill. He is survived by : his sisters, Gloria J. Gassert (Harold R.) and Lauretta P. Snyder (late Carroll L. "Bud"). He is also survived by three nephews.
