He was predeceased by: his parent Oscar Neely; his former wife Anne Zicarelli Neely; and his brothers, William Neely and Clifton Neely. He is survived by: his parent Viola Neely (Rood); his spouse Betty Klingerman Neely; his daughter Paula Shuler (Rick) of Berwick; his grandchildren, Rachael Switzer and Jacob Switzer; his sister-in-law Leona Neely of Berwick; and his sibling's children, David Neely, Darl Neely, Larry Neely, Kenneth Neely, Glenn Neely and Mary Driscoll.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Berwick Historical Society in his name.
