He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Gulliver and Shirley Gulliver (Oliver). He is survived by: his children, William Gulliver of Dover, PA and Estee Beck; his brother Bill Gulliver (Kathy); and his sibling's children, Scott Gulliver, Kim Mohr (Benton) and Jennifer Whitley.
