In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Maren had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Maren may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Hickton and Gloria Hickton. She is survived by: her husband Dennis C. Ball; and her brothers, David (Dawne), Jake (Claudia), Loran and Tony (Karen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Slater Funeral Directors (112 Fort Couch Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15241). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Church (6470 Library Rd, South Park Township, PA 15129).
