She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Frey Urban and Ethel Urban (Hart); her husband Samuel Frederick Warfield, Jr.; and her son-in-law Jeffrey Fretchel. She is survived by: her children, Susan Hazel (Glenn) of Garnet Valley, PA, Barbara Fretchel (Warfield) of Claymont, DE, Robert Wynne (Shirley) of Dover, DE and E. Patricia Johnson (Robert) of Glenolden, PA; and her siblings, Ralph Urban of West Chester, PA and Joan Preston (Urban) of Prescott, AZ. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
