He is survived by: his spouse Rickey Lou Snavely Wise; his children, Crystal Ann Hower, Kathy Lynn Cromleigh, Kelly Jo Miller, Corey Allen Wise and Tracy Erin Teague; and his siblings, Earl S. Wise (Shirley), Clair S. Wise (Donna), Mae S. Hollinger (James), Norma S. Snyder (Martin) and Bonnie S. Sensenig (Eli).
