He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie H. Fennell and Rosa M. Fennell (Alford); and his brother Anthony D. Fennell. He is survived by: his wife Anita E. Fennell (Scott); his sons, Alvie C. Fennell, Jr. (Holly Keefer) and Jeremiah T. Fennell (Chelsea); his sister Linder M. Herndon; and his grandchildren, Jaiman and Yadina Fennell. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
