She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas S. Kapsalis; and her parents, Avgarinos Nikolakis and Chrisavgi Nikolakis (Xenos). She is survived by: her children, Steven N. Kapsalis of Bethlehem and Helen Gaitanos (Andreas) of Stroudsburg; her granddaughters, Athena Vliet of Stroudsburg and Anna Gaitanos (Nick Douklias) of Bethlehem; and her great grandchild Dean A. Vliet of Stroudsbburg.
