She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frederick Wilkinson, Sr. and Nina Harriet Wilkinson (Stehly); her husband James Thomas Martin; her daughter Dierdre Lee Martin; her grandchildren, Richard Garcia and Jennifer Martin Sallas; and her brother George Wilkinson Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Craig Martin of Knoxville, TN, Drew of Knoxville, TN and Laurie Martin of Knoxville, TN; and her sisters, Joyce McKinnon of Greensboro, Lois Shelly of Bethlehem, PA and Judith Young of Fountain Hill, PA. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the David Wilson Food pantry at the Lutheran Church of Our Father 3304 Groometown Road, Greensboro, NC 27407.
