He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Mizack and Susanna Pribzick (Savary); his stepfather Andrew Pribzick; and his brothers, Michael Mizack and Robert Mizack.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia R. Mizack (Bavaria); his sons, Robert Mizack, Joseph Mizack Jr., Eric Mizack, Benjamin Mizack (Kristin) and Joshua Mizack (Katie); his half-brother Andrew Pribzick (Laura); and his grandchildren, Brandi, Jace, Zachary and Cullen Mizack.
In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 3771 Easton Ave., Bethlehem PA 18020.
