He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Dugan and Mary Dugan; his siblings, Ann O'Neill, John Dugan and Helen Usewicz; and his son Neal Dugan.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Dugan; his children, Marikay (Pat), Regina, Larry (Andrea), Lianne (David) and Kevin; and his grandchildren, Nick, Alyssa, Collin, Sasha and Connor.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to La Salle University or Temple University.
