She was predeceased by: her spouse Peter S. Kubat; and her brother Richard Stein. She is survived by: her parents, Helen Stein (Urban) and Walter J. Stein; her sons, Peter P. Kubat (Kathy) and David P. Kubat; her grandchildren, Christie, Peter, Philip and Paul; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Kayley, Blake and Chase.
