He is survived by: his parent Wayne Starner; his wife Carol; his children, Erik Starner and Emily Starner of Easton; his siblings, Cindy Savercool (Barry) of Easton, Wendy Dietz (John) of Pen Argyl and Ricky Starner (Kim) of Bath; his nieces and nephews, Lisa, Lanny Jr., Heather, Richelle, John Jr., Kyle, Josh and Kayla; and also, Nicole of Bath, Kaelyn and Tyler of Easton.
