She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred G. Berger and Irene Berger (Keiper); and her siblings, Jean LaDuca, Robert Berger and Arlene.
She is survived by: her husband Fred C. Ackerman; her daughter Karen Ackerman of Northampton; her sister Ruth Gilbert of Allentown; and her grandchildren, Christopher and Sarah Pitsilos.
