He is survived by: his wife Ersina DiSante Farnholtz; his children, JoDee (Farnholtz), Nate Farnholtz (Cathy Farnholtz), Mona Lisa (DiSante), Jacqueline DiSante (Matt Lear) and Anthony DiSante (Kerrin DiSante); his former wife Sharyn Farnholtz; and his sister Marion Cool.
