She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Crush and Viola Grube Crush; and her former husband George Tanasijczuk. She is survived by: her husband Gilbert A. "Skip" Altemose; her sons, Terry Tanasijczuk (Sharon) and Michael Tanasijczuk; and her grandchildren, Brook and Terrin.
