He is survived by: his parent Ramona Rivera (Maldonado); his children, Salvatore of Ohio, Juanita and Jenny; his stepchildren, Russell, Scott and Bill; and his siblings, Nelson, Hilda, Carmen, Gladys, Anna Elba and Maria.
