He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Toner; and his sister Bernadine Toner. He is survived by: his parent Sophia Toner (Prorok); his sister Carlyn Toner; his children, David Toner (Darlene) of Laramie, WY, Tamra Magee (Robert) of Maple Shade, NJ, Kevin Toner of Bethlehem, Kim Deily (John) of Williams Township and Shirley Toner of Bethlehem; and his significant other Faye Tirpak of Coopersburg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
