With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Townsend (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania), born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on March 28, 2018 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Townsend of Northampton; and his half-sister Marie Granski. He is survived by: his parent Margaret "Peggy" Townsend (Christopher) of Northampton; his children, Gary Townsend, Jr. of Greenacres, FL, Jeremy Ponstingl of Allentown, PA and Kelly Townsend of Catasauqua, PA; his stepchildren, Ryan James of Charleston, SC and Ashley Lacerda of West Jefferson, NC; his sisters, Molly, Melissa and Mary; and his half-brothers, Russell Townsend of Melbourne, FL and Tom Townsend (Eva) of Gotha, FL.
