He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse Garrett Forsythe and Emma Forsythe; and his brother Jesse Garrett Forsythe, Jr.. He is survived by : his brother James Thorp Forsythe; and his wife Carole Forbes.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at 4116 Bath Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
