He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D'Agostino and Frances D'Agostino (Asakavich); and his siblings, Stanley and Barbara Locher. He is survived by: his siblings, Frances (Stephen Roseman) of Hellertown and Paul D'Agostino of Bethlehem Township. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to The Center Lehigh Valley (El Shaddi Ministries), 529 E. Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
