He is survived by: his parent Dolores Forte (Caruso); his former wife Robin Lee Forte of Florida; his daughter Laurie Fatebene (Mark) of Bethlehem; his sisters, Juliet Sienzant of Bethlehem, Theresa Buddock of Florida and Mary Novak of Allentown; and his grandchildren, Maci Fatebene and Landon Fatebene.
