He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillermo Rodriguez and Carmen Rodriguez; and his brother Tony Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Janette (Jeffries); his children, Jeanette O. Boulware of White Plains, Maryland, Jose O. Rodriguez of White Plains, Anthony C. Rodriguez of Bethlehem, PA and Jason M. Rodriguez Haverford; his children-in-law, Idaliza, Elizabeth and Maribel; his siblings, Felix Rodriguez, Carmen Rodriguez, Mercedes Cruz and Iso Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Janette Rodriguez, Julian Rodriguez, Nicholas Rodriguez, Faith Rodriguez, Cheyenne Boulware, Tristan Rodriguez, Isabel Rodriguez, Gabriel Rodriguez, Jeshuwa Rodriguez and Bethony Rodriguez; and his great grandchildren, Audrey Rodriguez, Mia Gatto, Katarina Michael, Noah Michael and Mila Michael.
