He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent V. Troxell and Arlene B. Grow (Sharrer). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Troxell (McGrath); and his brothers, David Grow (Susan), James Grow, IV and Ronald Troxell (Monika). He is also survived by 3 Nieces and 4 Nephews.
