She is survived by: her husband Scott Grace; her mother Paulette Hoffman; her children, Benjamin (Amy Diefenderfer) and Meagan Mercado; her grandchildren, Annalise, Jaslene, Cashmere, Emma, Candice and Athena; and her brother Rodney Hoffman. She is also survived by 58 pets.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Weber Funeral Home (502 Ridge Ave, Allentown, PA 18102). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
